Is Credicorp UK the same company as Credicorp in Peru?

No. Credicorp Limited (Companies House 16093826) is a private UK company. Credicorp Ltd, listed on the New York Stock Exchange as BAP, is the parent of Banco de Crédito del Perú and operates in Peru and Bermuda. The two share a name and nothing else — no shared ownership, no shared board, no shared registration.

Why do both "Credicorp" and "Creditcorp" exist?

Two related UK companies under one shared sole director hold two coexisting trade marks: the registered Creditcorp mark (Credicorp Limited) and the newer, published Creditcorp mark (CM Beyer Limited). A signed coexistence agreement dated 30 April 2026 sets out how both marks are used side by side.

Who do I contact to verify this is a real UK company?

Is Credit Corp Group in Australia (ASX: CCP) part of this group?

No. Credit Corp Group Limited is an unrelated, separately listed Australian company. This UK group's own Australian entity is Creditcorp Pty Limited (ACN 679 428 605), a different company with a different name and a different exchange.

Does this site take loan applications?

No. This is a registry. Loan applications, the customer portal and account support all sit on credicorp.co.uk.

What is CM Beyer Limited's role?

CM Beyer Limited (Companies House 17009212) is the brand-stewardship company behind the wider Creditcorp group. It publishes this registry and the corporate/legal hub at creditcorpgroup.co.uk, and holds the pending Creditcorp trade mark application.

Is there a Creditcorp in Nigeria connected to this group?

No. Any business trading as "Creditcorp" in Nigeria has no ownership, licensing or operating link to Credicorp Limited, CM Beyer Limited, or any site in this UK family.
