How complaints are routed for the operating lender and the public directory surfaces.

Complaints about a loan, account or service should be sent to [email protected].

Because the lending is to incorporated bodies corporate, the Financial Ombudsman Service route for consumer-credit complaints is not the applicable route.

The group still runs an internal complaints process and aims to resolve issues directly wherever possible.
